Most organisations arrive with a problem that looks like communication or strategy. In practice, it is usually both  and often a leadership challenge as well.

How engagements work

Engagements are shaped to suit the work, not a standard package. Some clients need intensive support over a defined period — a crisis response, a rebrand, a major change programme. Others benefit from an ongoing advisory relationship, with regular contact to think through issues as they arise. Some work is a single clearly defined piece — a communications audit, a media training program or a communication strategy review.

The starting point is always a conversation. We will explore what you are working through, what a good outcome looks like, and whether Jahazi Agency is the right fit. If it is not, we will say so.
