Why the name jahazi?

A jahazi is a traditional Swahili boat (dhow), built for purposeful navigation across open water. It does not move by accident. It moves well because the person at the helm knows where they are going, reads the conditions and adjusts course with intent. That is what effective communication looks like.

Jahazi felt like the right name for a practice grounded in careful thinking, honest counsel and a clear sense of direction.
